The Family Rebate Claim From is now available in the Document Library.

You may be eligible for a family rebate if you have registered three or more players in the 2010 season.

Please Note:  The amount of each family rebate will be calculated taking into account the number of players, the mix of juniors and seniors and the overall total cost to the family.
