IndexComplaintsAll complaints about grading policy or any other matter should be directed to the Belnorth Executive Committee in writing via email or post:
Player WithdrawalsAs per Belnorth policy players must request withdrawal in writing by completing a 'Player Refund Request Form' and sending via email or by sending to the club's post office box. No refunds are granted purely on the basis of a verbal conversation. The refund policy details are contained on the request form.
Family RebateAs per Belnorth policy families consiting of siblings and their parents can request a family rebate by completing a 'Family Rebate Request Form' and sending via email or by sending to the club's post office box. No rebates are granted purely on the basis of a verbal conversation. This request is to be submitted after payment and is the best way in our view that we can manage a 'Family Discount' while also keeping track of how much we are offering in subsidies and discounts. Further details are contained on the request form.
Player InjuriesAll claims for Sporting Accidents are to be submitted within 30 days of the incident as per the 'Claiming Notes' shown at the top of the 'Sporting Accident Claim Form' as well as in the Belnorth 'Coaches and Managers Handbook'.
