The 2009 Belnorth AGM has been held. It took place on Tuesday the 24th of November.

Nominations were accepted for the following roles and the nominated members were returned to the same positions:

• Vice President (2 year term complete) - Mark O'Neill
• Rooball Registrar (End of Casual Vacancy Appointment) - Tony Barr
• Grounds and Fixtures Officer (2 year term complete) - Jeff Smith

At the conclusion of the meeting the position of Treasurer is still open for nominations. We would like to thank Scott Goyne for his services in this area for the past years.

Changes to the constitution were also endorsed by the quorum. The following list summarises the changes to the document:

• Increase Executive Committee meeting quorum to 5 from 4
• Include references to electronic banking 
• Rename JLAC Representative position to Small Sided Games Registrar 
• Update/refresh some of the Model Rules

Since the AGM, the position of Small Sided Games Registrar has been vacated by James Kanaridis and the casual vacancy has been filled by Rod Little. We would like to than James and Rod for their past and future contributions.
