The Belnorth Annual General Meeting is held towards the end of each calendar year. It is used as a means of effecting changes to the Executive Committee membership, structure and any other business to be discussed as per the Belnorth Constitution.

Special General Meetings may also be held for importatnt matters that need to be expedited prior to an AGM.
