The Belnorth Football Club is providing fun but challenging football training and competition for well over 1000 children and adults last season and this has continued in the current year. Most of these participants hail from suburbs in the North Belconnen region of the A.C.T. such as Kaleen, Giralang, McKellar, Flynn and Melba.

"Belnorth's vision is to be the football club of choice for all levels of junior as well as social senior players in the Canberra region."

For many years, children as young as five years old have had the opportunity to learn individual skills as well as participating in the healthy outdoor team activity that is world football. Please feel free to browse this site and gain an insight into the goings-on on the club and to find out information about various topics. You may wish to bookmark this site in your 'Favourites' so that you may come back at any time for up to date information.

Belnorth is also a Senior Club with teams playing in ACT State Leagues and Masters Competitions for both men and women. Something for everyone!

Note: All home games for U5s to U18s have been called off. We have recieved information that at least Woden, Radford and Majura have also cancelled their games but suspect this will be Canberra wide.   • Peewees  10am
  • U6       10.30am
  • U7       11.00am
  • U8       11.30am
  • U9       12.00pm

Postponement of Rooball Presentation PDF Print E-mail
Belnorth People - Playing at Belnorth

Hi all,

As it looks like heavy rain tomorrow we are going to reschedule the presentation ceremonies for Rooball to next Saturday the 11th of September.

At the moment, we will still go ahead with the games for tomorrow and make the call at the normal time of 8am if we need to cancel due to rain. Please keep an eye on the website as per normal to see if the games are going ahead and inform all members of your teams to the change in the ceremony proceedings.

On the 11th of September we will have the castles, entertainment, food and canteen for the kids exactly the same as we would have had tomorrow. The kids all get a sausage sandwich and a drink as well.

General - Information

Hi all,

Now that the juniors have finsihed up we are working on the final plans for our presentation days.

Here are the dates:

  • Rooball (Pee Wees to 9s) - Saturday 11th September
  • Competitive - Saturday 11th September - Approx 5pm at Belconnen Soccer Club - McKellar
  • Seniors - Saturday 18th September - 7pm at Belconnen Soccer Club - Hawker

More info will be posted over the next few days as well as coming via email from your registrar and team management.
