Belnorth Registration -

Hi New Belnorthers,
Many of you may be wondering what happens once you have registered and paid your fees so this is a quick guide to help you over the time betwen registration and the start of the season:
- Confirmation of registration – as we are a volunteer club and do these roles in our spare time we will not have the capacity to provide receipts or confirmation of individual registrations. All confirmation of registration and payment can be accessed via the My Football Website.
- What you need - If you haven’t already been informed all new players to the club will require Belnorth socks and shorts, which can be purchased from Rebel Sport; shin pads and soccer boots of any brand and colour will also be required.
- What to expect after registration - After registration day players are allocated to teams during March and from early April team lists are available to coaches/managers. The coach and manager are then responsible for contacting each of their team members to inform them of what is expected of them during the season, including training times (if they have them – generally only u7s and above will have a formal training session during the week for about an hour).
- Season start & finish - The season usually starts the first or second week in May and will finish in early September.
- Game times - Each year the following age groups play at these times each Saturday: Under 6s and 7s at 9am; Under 8s at 9.40am and Under 9s and peewees at 10.30am.
- The Match Draws are where you find out where and when your team is playing. Please check back on a weekly basis to ensure you have the latest copy as things do change.
- For rooball the Grounds Maps will help you locate your fields once you have consulted the draw.
- For field set-up guidlines please use the following link ( General Information) )
- The Coaches and Managers Handbook will also be useful to all parents who wish to understand club operations.
